On 26th August, CETC Party group held the second symposium on “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” as well as the 6th political study session. Focusing on “strict with oneself”, the group studied and discussed in depth the related topics.

The secretary of CETC Party group Mr. Xiong Qunli hosted the symposium, the other members assisted. The responsible of the Party and Masses’ Affairs Department, General Office, Human Resources Department, Disciplinary and Audit Department of CETC group also attended the meeting. The leaders of The Fifth Direction of Cadres of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Direction of Party Building of SASAC were invited to the symposium.

In the symposium, concentrating tightly on the theme “be strict with oneself and respect the party political disciplines and rules to become a politically sensible person”, combining the aspects of thoughts, work, and life, the members gave a frank, open-hearted and unreserved discussion. The members analyzed themselves in-depth and non strict non steady problems among the cadres, and exchanged their opinions on how to be strict with themselves, how to strengthen the political sensitivity and awareness.

Mr. Xiong Qunli talked about his understanding of “strict with oneself” at first. He believes that leaders and cadres are strong organizational models, unlike ordinary party members, their thoughts and actions are examples for others. The leaders and cadres should be strict with their thoughts, actions in order to drive the whole organization to respect rules and adhere to disciplines. At the same time, “strict with oneself” is not only an individual requirement for leaders and cadres but also a requirement for the collectives of all levels. Not only the leaders and cadres but also the organizations of all levels should take introspection, should find out the problems to form the ambiance of disciplines.

Based on the recent inspection and audit work, Xiong Qunli made a deep analysis into himself on the disciplinary issues. He said that, the recent inspection and audit work was an occasion for CETC group to put “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” into practice. The whole group should strengthen the construction of organization, style and disciplines incessantly and enhance the internal control capability in order to put the disciplines upright in the group. If we make the strict and steady requirements real and put them into practice, the effectiveness and cohesion of CETC will be improved.

Xiong Qunli believes that the “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” education is a long-term work. We must continue to improve and perfect the system, strengthen supervision and inspection. We should put the disciplines in front of all. At the same time, we should emphasize the education of the positive and the negative, value the warning role of the negative and leading model role of the positive to establish the awe of disciplines, enhance the awareness of the bottom line and promote the vitality. The “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” education should enhance and improve constantly the political and disciplinary sensitivity and awareness of all leaders and cadres of all levels.

The deputy Party secretary and general manager Mr. FAN Youshan believes that “strict with oneself” is basic requirement for leaders and cadres, is the important reflection of our Party’s fighting capacity and cohesion, is the treasure of history of decades.

Fan Youshan analyzed his problems on the implementation of the system. To solve these problems, he came up with a solution. Firstly, we will strengthen the party spirit accomplishment continuously, study and implement the General Secretary Mr. XI’s series speeches, bear in mind the oath of join to the Party, hold the communist believe, keep consistent to the central Party and be a political sensitive person. Secondly, we must stay cautious, respect the disciplines, keep the heart of alert and awe and resist decay thoughts. Thirdly, we make take the responsibility and fulfill the “one post double responsibilities”, strengthen the system construction and implementation, enhance the control to form the environment of disciplines and a powerful driving force in promoting the reform and development of the group.

In the symposium, the deputy director Direction of Party Building of SASAC listened carefully to the speeches. With deep feelings, he talked about his own understanding as well. He said that “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” was the basis of mortality, the method of management and the key to success for a party cadre. By the specific education, the Party cadres and members should strengthen the party consciousness, political consciousness and disciplinary consciousness; the Party leaders should build the team by “warm heart strict measures”. We should associate the “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” education with the enhancement of Party construction and long effectiveness; we should associate the “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” education with reform, development and guarantee of growth; we should also associate the “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” education with the implementation of the rectification.
